- Prices($ USD - US Dollar) apply for both directions and cover one vehicle.
- Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
- Hourly car rental services are limited to major cities such as Bangkok, and the standard rates are not applicable for pick-ups at locations that incur an entrance fee, such as Laem Chabang Port. For hourly rentals beginning outside of Bangkok, please contact our Transport Department to obtain the correct pricing.
- For routes with special conditions or limitations, such as high mountain terrains or steep inclines, unpaved off-road paths, ferry crossings over rivers or seas, or long-distance nighttime driving, these factors may influence the availability and pricing of our car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.
- For certain services — such as luxury limousine vehicles, large buses, or long-distance intercity transfers — we reserve the right not to accept cash payments and may require prepayment by credit card or bank transfer only to avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

"The driver was great! Very kind and helpful. What was disappointing was I changed this reservation to go from 3 people to 4 people but the car was not changed. 4 people plus the driver in small SUV was not comfortable. I expected when we changed the reservation the car would be a van and of course we would pay the difference. I find it odd this was not suggested to me or even an automatic change as your pricing says max 3 people for the SUV option. We made it work but this was not comfortable for 3 adults with an infant in a car seat and the driver. I want to emphasize again the driver was great. Normally a car should be enough for 3 passenger + some languages. We also have a family car which available for 2-3 adults+kids. If you have many large-sized pieces of luggage, please book a van for the more comfortable trip.
